Ingredients:

  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil pasta shells until al dente, drain.
  2. Mix ricotta, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture.
  4. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, place shells on top.
  5. Cover with mozzarella, bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until bubbly
