Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos – Spicy, Crispy & So Addictive
If you’re craving something crispy, spicy, and absolutely crowd-pleasing, these Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos are your new favorite. Sweet and spicy shrimp tossed in a creamy Bang Bang sauce, all wrapped up in warm tortillas with crunchy cabbage. Perfect for a quick dinner or fun weekend lunch!
✅ Ingredients:
- For the shrimp:
- 400g medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or regular milk)
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for frying
- For the Bang Bang sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (more if you like it spicy)
- 1 tsp honey
- For the tacos:
- 6–8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Fresh lime wedges

👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix shrimp with buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3️⃣ Dredge shrimp in cornstarch and fry until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.
4️⃣ Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
5️⃣ Toss fried shrimp in the sauce until well coated.
6️⃣ Warm tortillas, fill with cabbage, add shrimp, sprinkle green onions, and drizzle extra sauce. Serve with fresh lime!
