Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
- ½ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Blueberry Layer:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Make the Dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk, water, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Prepare the Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, toss blueberries with sugar and lemon juice.
- Assemble the Rolls: Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly, then sprinkle blueberries over it. Roll it up tightly and slice into 8–10 rolls.
- Bake: Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden.
