Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare Chicken:
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cook Chicken:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. Make Sauce:
    In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add Cheese:
    Stir in parmesan until melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Combine:
    Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve:
    Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
