Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions:
Prepare Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
Cook Shrimp: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Glaze: Pour in the honey-soy mixture, tossing shrimp until coated and sauce slightly thickens (about 2 minutes).
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
