✅ Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into cutlets)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon slices for garnish

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken and veggies on a lined baking sheet. Pour marinade over everything and toss to coat.
