📝 Ingredients
- 1.5 kg potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Extra cheddar and bacon for topping

👨🍳 Instructions
- Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain well.
- Mash potatoes with butter, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Stir in cheese, bacon, and green onions.
