Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook Chicken:
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Make Sauce:
    In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, whisking until smooth.
  3. Combine:
    Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 3–4 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and coat the chicken.
  4. Serve:
    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
