Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions:
Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, whisking until smooth.
Combine: Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 3–4 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and coat the chicken.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
