Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare Shrimp:
    Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Make Sauce:
    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  3. Cook Shrimp:
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Glaze:
    Pour in the honey-soy mixture, tossing shrimp until coated and sauce slightly thickens (about 2 minutes).
  5. Serve:
    Garnish with parsley and serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
