- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream

Instructions for Cookie Dough Cheesecake
Step 1: Make the Cookie Dough
- In a bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and milk until smooth.
- Gradually add the heat-treated flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into small balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
